Your 5-Step guide to measure yourself life a pro!

Here is a simple step by step guide to make sure you measure yourself perfectly to get the best fitting Gotyu Bralette/Bra possible.

Step one: Find a measuring tool

First, you will need a long, soft measuring tape. If you don't have one, you can use a piece of string or ribbon instead. If you're using string or ribbon, you'll mark the length of your measurement with a marker or piece of tape, then use a ruler or hard measuring tape to measure the length of the string or ribbon to the dot.

Step two: Dress accordingly

Before taking your measurements, ensure you're wearing a non-padded, wireless bra. Avoid bras with heavy padding or compression, such as sports bras, as they can lead to inaccurate measurements.

Step three: Measure your underbust

To determine your underbust size, place the measuring tape directly under your bust. Keep the tape level and snug, but not too tight or too loose. Round your measurement to the nearest whole number, and record it.

Write this number down

Step four: Measure you bust

Next, measure around the fullest part of your chest to find your cup size. Keep the tape straight across your back, and round to the nearest whole number.

If your breasts have a drooping shape, position the tape lower, near the tip of your bust, to capture the entire area. For uneven breasts, measure the fullest side, extending to the middle of your back, and double that number.

Write this number down

For step 3 and 4, make sure the measurement isn't too tight, it could throw everything off, so you definitely shouldn't do that

Step five: Find your cup size

Cup sizes vary by brand and country. To find yours, subtract your underbust measurement from your bust measurement. Use the chart provided to identify your correct cup size.

How to choose your Gotyu periodwear?

1. It is best to measure the hip circumference horizontally and at the widest part of your hips. The measuring tape should be flexible and fit snugly, but not cutting in.

2. If you are between two sizes, it is best to order the larger size.

Please remove the hygiene seal and wash your Gotyu underwear at 30°C before first use.
You can your Period underwear Wear for up to 12 hours at a time.
We recommend that you try on your Gotyu underwear at home for the first time.
Even in the case of heavy bleeding, you can still use your Gotyu Period underwear It can be worn as a replacement for tampons or the menstrual cup - but it is also excellent as extra protection!

CARE

Rinse your nursing bra by hand with cold water after each use until the water runs clear.
Afterwards, you can wash it in the washing machine with your other clothes at 30-40°C. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
Hang your Gotyu Bras to dry. Make sure not to dry them on a radiator and that the environment is not too humid.
Attention: Your Gotyu Nursing Bras cannot withstand heat, so you should not iron them, put them in the dryer or wash them above 40°C.

Ich habe einen sehr starken Milch Fluss. Wenn an einer Seite getrunken wird, läuft auf der anderen die Milch, das sind auch locker mal bis zu 60ml. Der bh fängt alles auf und man hat ein sehr trockenes Gefühl, das ist super und viel besser als jede Still Einlage.
Den Stern Abzug gibt es dafür, dass es leider nicht wie bei normalen bhs ist. Ich trage normal eine 36 und vor der Schwangerschaft war meine bh Größe 75C-D. Ich hatte zuerst m bestellt, das war vom Unterbrustband okay aber vom Körbchen her extrem eng vorallem, wenn die Brüste voll waren. L ist hingegen vom Unterbrustband viel zu groß, dafür passen die Körbchen. Ich habe das Band selbst eingenäht, dann geht es aber man hat vom überschüssigen Material Druckstellen. Nicht optimal, aber für meinen Milchfluss der beste Stillbh.
Ich hoffe sehr, dass es bald noch mehr Größen gibt und dann werde icu definitiv wieder bestellen.

Ich finde den Still-BH sehr schön und gut und angenehm zu tragen. Habe mir extra weitere bestellt, um häufig wechseln zu können.
Das einzige Manko ist, wenn z.B. über Nacht viel Milch ausläuft, dann ist der BH einfach nass und ungemütlich. Hätte mir eine stärkere Saugkraft und ein besseres Trockenheitsgefühl gewünscht.
