DIRECTIONS

  • Please remove the hygiene seal and wash your Gotyu underwear at 30°C before first use.

CARE

  • Rinse the Period underwear Rinse by hand with cold water after each use until the water runs clear.
  • Afterwards, you can wash them in the washing machine with your other clothes at 30-40°C. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
  • Hang your Gotyu underwear up to dry. Make sure not to dry it on a radiator and that the environment is not too humid.
  • Attention: Your Gotyu Period underwear It cannot withstand heat, so you should not iron it, put it in the dryer or wash it above 40°C.

MATERIAL

Leakproof Minerva: The body-hugging layer is made of 95% bamboo fiber and 5% spandex. The membrane is made of 95% bamboo fiber, 5% spandex, and breathable PUL.

Leakproof Venus: Made from 100% recycled materials.
85% nylon and 15% spandex.

Leakproof Bia: The body-hugging layer is made of 95% OEKO-TEX certified cotton and 5% spandex.
The membrane: 80% polyester, 20% nylon and breathable PUL.
The outer layer: 80% nylon, 20% spandex.

HOW DO PERIOD UNDERWEAR WORK?

What is the absorption capacity of my Gotyu? Period underwear?

The absorbency of your Gotyu period underwear varies from model to model. Detailed information on the absorption capacity of each model compared to tampons, pads, liners, and cups can be found on each product page under the product description.

For hygiene reasons, you should change your gotyu after 12 hours at the latest. However, if a slight feeling of dampness develops before then, this is also a good indication that your gotyu is full and you should change it.

Is Period underwear hygienic?

YES! THANKS TO THE NATURAL ANTIMMICROBIAL AND ANTIBACTERIAL PROPERTIES OF THE BUILT-IN PROTECTIVE LAYER, THE BLOOD IS SAFELY LOCKED BETWEEN THE INDIVIDUAL LAYERS AND THE GROWTH OF BACTERIA IS PREVENTED, SO YOU FEEL FRESH AT ALL TIMES.

IN ADDITION, SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS MAKE UP FROM BAMBOO FIBER, WHICH NATURALLY HAS ANTIBACTERIAL PROPERTIES.

Therefore, Gotyu underwear is hygienic and safe. It does not cause any potentially dangerous infections and does not deprive the vaginal flora of its natural moisture. Nevertheless, for hygienic reasons, we recommend wearing your period underwear for a maximum of 12 hours at a time and then washing it according to our care instructions. Do I need to use pads or tampons in addition to my Gotyu? Period underwear carry?

That depends on your personal preferences and the heaviness of your period. Gotyus period underwear can completely replace your disposable products. Of course, you can also use it as extra protection with tampons or a menstrual cup.

We know, of course, that a complete switch can seem difficult, especially at the beginning. Therefore, we recommend that you try out your Gotyu period underwear at home first. This will give you the necessary confidence to find your perfect rhythm with your Gotyu period underwear in complete peace and quiet.

Smells Period underwear unpleasant?

NO. Thanks to the natural antimicrobial and antibacterial properties of the built-in protective layer, the blood is sealed in and the growth of bacteria is prevented, so you always feel fresh.

It is important that you wear your period underwear for a maximum of 12 hours at a time for hygienic reasons. After each change, you should also rinse it by hand under cold water.

    Ich habe jahrelang Tampons verwendet. Es war am Anfang wirklich eine Umstellung, wenn man wie gesagt jahrelang etwas anderes verwendet aber ich bin wirklich begeistert. Bei mir hält diese Unterhose auch einen ganzen Arbeitstag. Man richt nicht unangenehm, man läuft nicht aus und man kann sich frei bewegen ohne Angst zu haben. Muss gleich weitere bestellen!

    Wir sind echt super zufrieden. Das Produkt ist sehr hochwertig, lässt sich leicht reinigen. Nur vom Kundenservice her fühlen wir uns auf die lange Bank gesetzt, weil wir recht lange (mind. 7 Tage) auf eine Rückmeldung warten müssen, und dass leider nur per Email. Telefonisch wäre hier echt sehr hilfreich. Wenn dann eine Antwort kommt, seid ihr sehr lösubgsorientiert und nett.

    Ideal für leichte Tage oder auch als Ersatz für Slipeinlagen. Das Material ist sehr fein und daher auch angenehm im Sommer. Die Unterhosen fallen leicht grösser aus, am anfangs sind sie eng aber während des Tages weiten sie sich aus. Nach dem waschen sind sie dann wieder enger. Man kann also ruhig eine Nummer kleiner bestellen.
